Over the past 20 years or so, we have ONLY used Heritage Plumbing. I have had positive experiences from the time I call for assistance until the bill comes and I gladly pay it. The ladies who answer the service calls are very prompt and professional. They are nice and sympathetic to the awful situation at hand. They dispatch a truck right out to help. When the owner, Doug, or his workers get here they are very respectful of my house and my time as well as my privacy. I'm kind of a private person and I don't like people in my house and don't like to be around a lot of people. I don't like the vibes I get from many people so I avoid strangers and most people I don't know really well (crazy? maybe) . These guys don't give me the creeps at all, thankfully. They are all very clean cut in their personal appearance and also don't leave a giant mess for me to clean up. I trust them to not sneak off with something that isn't there's. They come in, get the job done and leave. They don't dilly dally around. I would never go anywhere else. Give them a try, you won't be sorry!
Doug has done a few jobs for us at our new house. He is nice, professional and I trust him completely. I love how he let's me know what he would do if it was his house. He explains everything very well and I will continue to use him any time I have a problem. Thank you!
