Okay? A one hundred dollar jacket couldn't have gone on that much of a sale could it? And the answer was; yes, yes it could.
I had to just walk out. They didn't even try to understand my needs because I bought a nice heavey coat because I NEED a new one. Judging from their attitude I probably would have had to pay the difference if I wanted to just exchanged it.

Little hard to find things wish there isles were labeled clearer. Had to buy a multipack of terminals due to the lack of selection of single packs

Plus! MSRP $89.99. Store price $99.99. (SAYS IT ON THE TAG!) When I find the receipt I'll be returning it for the FULL price and taking my business elsewhere.
Seriously loved this store. Big Boy's Playland. Bought a nice winter coat less than 7 days ago. The first time it rained the "water resistant" coat soaked through (defective). I may have just exchanged it but I was undecided. "We can only give you the lowest sale price without a receipt. But let's see what we can do."
The staff are helpful and courteous. If you cannot find something, they will help you. Friendly and smiling faces greet you and offer help or check you out.
I like this store. They have a good selection and nice variety of everything from household items, clothing of all kinds, farming supplies & tack, tools, and everything in between. My biggest complaint with them is that they are at the high end of pricing on almost everything. Occasionally you'll find a great deal on something, but you should be prepared to pay top dollar for most things.
Never had a super great experience here... They're always out of stock in what I'm looking for, they're pretty expensive and the employees are never super friendly.. I know some people in my family love buying their shirts when they're on sale but normal priced items are just a little pricey.
