John Christiansen is an great attorney. He was very understanding and helpful regarding our circumstances. He knows his profession well and was helpful in handling any problem as they came along. We would recommend him and McKell Christiansen & Wise to anyone.
Would not take my case because he wasn't interested in the extra circumstances that he anticipated, even though I knew they wouldn't be an issue, because he said they would take him an additional 15-20 hours of work. Seems pretty lazy to me. Just a heads up.

Their first priority is to get you to sign power of attorney. The paralegal wouldn't answer my questions after I requested to speak with a lawyer first about my situation. Raquel has poor phone etiquette and fails to return your messages and emails. Having experienced this type of behavior from the beginning, I would rather deal with an insurance company or find a lawyer that cares.
