Worst experience ever! Took a dress to be cleaned and it came back with stains on it. Plus one of the straps for the dress was missing. Contacting the manager/owner to resolve this issue was nearly impossible! After several weeks -- the manager arranged to meet me to resolve the issue. After rearranging my schedule -- she didn't even show. Issues still not resolved. Worst customer service I have ever had!
They've lost my wedding dress and haven't said much to make me feel better about them ever finding it.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They tore a 2 foot L shaped hole in my bedspread and the owner blamed it on the manufacturer and told me to take it back to Dillards.
This place was horrible. Don't take any of your clothes that need dry cleaning here. They gave my suit to another person, who took it to St. George where he was attending a funeral and he had to buy a new suit. I think he was more upset than I was. The manager could not explain why they had given my suit that was tagged with the tag they gave me to another person. So disorganized.
They wrote in pen on the corner of all my white shirts. I don't know where they got the idea that writing in pen on people's clothes was a good dry cleaning practice.
