This grocery store is wonderful dor our community. Bill Summers does so much as well as many others that are there. The prices are competitive, produce challenged only by the farmers market, and the mew order online service really helps you stay on a budget.
This is a great store. Except for the customer service desk. They have 3 of the worst ladies running this desk. They will stand right in front of you, have a conversation and ignore the fact you are waiting for help. I have seen this multiple times when shopping here. And when they do help you, they act annoyed they had to do work. This has happened to me a couple times as well. I speak of the 3 older ladies. I have seen the younger ones always willing to help.
I love this grocery store. It's clean, organized and always has fresh food. They have the BEST customer service. They are always kind and try and go above and beyond. Their prices are good. The ads always have great deals, but some of their non-ad prices can be high. I just try to shop the sales. They also have curbside shopping that makes life easier. Just watch the online prices that can get high.
The best Grocery Store in Spanish Fork. Albertson's and Walmart just don't compete. My favorite time to shop is at night 9pm+, this allows me to avoid the masses of people especially when a holiday approaches. The store is always clean and tidy. The staff are always friendly and professional. Kong Cones!! The wife always has to get one, I don't blame her, Maceys has the best soft served Ice Cream.
Shopped here for years and I've worked there. Awesome staff and awesome service, one of the few stores to provide low prices, higher quality products and food all while having baggers and working with high school kids. Happy staff and great deals make happy and satisfied customers.
