Their brushes scratched my car, and the manager at the time said he would take care of it & "just come in whenever". I came in a couple months later and the new manager gave me the run-around and said that it wasn't possible that their brushes could have scratched my car.
There was no doubt that this car wash scratched the drivers side of my vehicle terribly. I spoke to one of the employees about it and they said "yeah that's probably our fault." Yet when I finally talked to the manager he said that he would look at the cameras and get back to me the next day. He didn't, then when he finally got back to me he said, of course, that it wasn't their fault. So they may be cheap in the short term but when something happens to your vehicle don't expect them to own up to it. I won't be going back any time soon...
Also, I was informed by the Auto Body shop that I took to repair the scratches that Quick Quack's soap removes any expensive car wax and polishes, so beware of that too.
Love this car wash. My car is always super clean when I go though. My favorite part is how the wheels and tires and get washed and look super clean.
Great customer service every time I have been there and the prices are good. Comparing it to the Wiggy Wash, subscription prices are better though the quality of the car wash may be slightly less.
Also, I signed up for their introductory rate when they first opened ($19.99/month fixed pricing) - they billed me for $29.99 a month back in May, then fixed the billing back to $19.99 when I called. They over-billed me again last month, and when I called, they LIED and said that their intro sign-up offer of $19.99/month was only good for 1 year.
Fact is that their brushes scratched my friend's car at the same time, and Quick Quack paid for the scratch repairs on his car.
They just tried hiking up the price for another friend of mine, and he signed up when they first opened due to their initial promises of $19.99/month ongoing. So they are being dishonest with all of their original customers that signed up for their intro offer, but are not staying true to their original advertised deals.
