Clegg Auto was so amazing to work with! They have such a great team! The customer service is top notch. They don't pressure you, and they truly look out for your best interest. They are all so friendly, inviting, extremely honest, and helpful! I couldn't be more happier to have gone through Clegg's to get my vehicle! Love this place. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Firstly, the customer service is phenomenal. They're not interested in stripping you of however much money they can get like most places. They don't bother with all of the salesman tricks, and are very straightforward and honest in their approach. They make the paperwork process very simple, and were even willing to stay with me after closing when my bank was delayed in approving my loan. When I had a question about the license plate a few days after purchasing, the customer service level didn't do down even though they already had my money; they were prompt, easy to get ahold of, and very sincerely helpful. Additionally, when you buy from a smaller, local dealership like Clegg's, you don't have to pay for a big bureaucracy. Meaning, you don't have high advertising costs, ridiculous CEO salaries, and the rent of fancy office spaces built into your car cost, so you can walk away with a better deal. Truly, I cannot rate highly enough! If you're turned off by big, pushy, greedy, dealerships, then Clegg's is the perfect place for you.
I worked briefly with Mike at Clegg Auto sales because they had a car I thought I was interested in. I called to be sure it was still on the lot and when I showed up, he had the car ready for me to test drive. While out, he got me a price on my trade in. After I returned we briefly went over the figures and I told him I wanted to drive one different model they didnt have on the lot before making the decision. He was understanding, placed no pressure on me, and allowed me to leave with a smile and hand shake. Normally when you come back from a test drive if you aren't ready to buy the car immediately you are stuck in an office for an hour while the salesman gets a manager, who eventually gets his manager, who makes you a deal your not supposed to be able to refuse, all the while holding on to your keys for the "trade in" - trapping you. None of that here. Thank you Mike and Clegg Auto Sales for the great experience even if the car wasn't perfect for me.
